We are a community that comes together to unite consciousness with creativity. Just about anywhere in L.A. county. Sometimes we write together. Sometimes we do yoga together. Often we do some yoga, pranayama and meditation and then write.

A workshop designed to cultivate creativity and mindfulness in the process of recovery from grief, trauma, or addiction. We use writing exercises to uncover, discover, and discard old wounds as well as to create positive attitudes, present awareness, and future goals.
