“ Hi Julia thank you for the post. Losing our pets and humans is a very difficult thing. Most of us do not know how to get through the grief or recover because it is not something we are taught grief is not something we speak about. Rather we tried to just deal with it.
As a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist I teach people how to get throught the emotions of grief and onto the road to recovery so that you can live a full and happy life.
